Behind the Scenes at the LollieRocks Bikinis Photoshoot
Reported by: Valerie Garza, 210TV.com
SAN ANTONIO –LollieRocks Bikinis is getting ready to launch its line of snazzy haute couture two-pieces just in time for summer.
The line of one-of-a-kind couture bathing suits, designed by San Antonio’s own Karen Carrie Harrell, expresses a young, vibrant flare meant for show-stopping. Inspired by a family member who was competing in a swimsuit competition for Hooters, LollieRocks Bikinis sprung from the tremendous feedback that the designer received.
“We came up with the idea that you rock your inner Goddess and so we came up with LollieRocks,” says Nicole Pugliese of InStyle Events, and PR for LollieRocks Bikinis.
With immaculate attention to detail and dazzling embroidery, rhinestones, and sequins, LollieRocks Bikinis inspires femininity to its sexiest. Word of the bikinis has been spreading like wildfire. All of the pieces are originals and custom made as they have been used primarily for pageantry.
“When I was looking for a swimsuit for the pageant, I wanted to get something unique and that would stand out because a lot of the girls look at the same websites and go to the same stores, so I was really looking for something that would stand out to the judges,” says Model Whitney Terry of her LollieRocks Bikini.
The line has done several trunk shows for Hooters competitions across Texas, and has also been asked to attend the International Competition in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Currently the finishing touches are being put on the website to showcase their ready-to-wear collection where people can go online to purchase their very own LollieRocks original.
