Here are the Details... 210 TV Referral Program This Policy was last modified on September 16th, 2009. General. The 210 TV Referral Program ('Referral Program') is a program that allows you to receive a payment from 210 TV for referring sponsors to 210 TV. To participate in the Referral Program, you must comply with all of these requirements. Referred Sponsors. The Referred Sponsor must be an individual or business with whom you have a pre-existing relationship. You may not obtain names for referrals from group email addresses, third party bulk mailing lists, customer lists, or other similar sources. You may not send unsolicited e-mails ('Spam'). You may not refer yourself for the Referral Program. You must reside in the United States. Bonus Requirements. In order for you to receive a payment, the Referred Sponsor must: (1) sign up for a 210 TV ad package and mention or present in writing that they were referred by you; and (2) not already have a 210 TV ad package at the time of the referral. All of these steps must be completed prior to you being eligible for a referral payment. 210 TV may discontinue or modify the Referral Program at any time by providing you with thirty days� notice. In the event that the Referral Program is discontinued, you will receive payment for all of your Referred Sponsors that have satisfied all of the requirements in this section prior to the discontinuation date of the Referral Program. All conditions must be met before the referral expires. Payment Amount. The amount of the payment is based on the Referred Sponsors�s Initial Net Advertising Contract ('NSAC'), less any chargebacks, refunds, and reversals. The referral payment is equivalent to 10% of the the amount of NSAC, and will be paid in U.S. Dollars as follows: -Initial Payout. When the Referred Sponsors has become verified, and has made payment on the advertising contract. -Maximum Payouts. You may only receive up to a total of $10,000.00 USD in Payouts per Referred Sponsor. -Payout Period. You are eligible to receive Sponsor Referral payouts for the first 12 months of the Sponsor's advertising contract. -Payout Frequency. You will receive your Initial Payout within one week of the Sponsor paying the advertising contract. Residual Payouts will be made no sooner than every 30 days thereafter. -Compliance with Terms and Conditions. By participating in this Referral Program, you agree to be subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Referral Program, the 210 TV User Agreement, and the 210 TV Privacy Policy. 210 TV reserves the right to restrict you from participating in this Referral Program if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions. |
